I know what it’s like to feel stuck, in your mind, in your body, and in your life.
I spent years pushing hard, chasing success, ignoring warning signs… until it all caught up with me.
Burnout. Breakdown. And a life-changing diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis.
That moment forced me to rethink everything: how I worked, how I lived, how I thought.
What I discovered, through experience, study, and sheer necessity, is that when you
change how you think, you change everything.
Now I help others do the same, because the freedom I found is something everyone deserves.

No two people are the same and neither are the tools we use.
As a lived experience practitioner, I’ve worked with over 400 clients to date, helping them discover their root cause and break free from what’s holding them back, whether that’s stress, low confidence, anxiety, unhelpful habits, addictions or just feeling stuck.
It may be that talking therapy suits you, or perhaps its hypnotherapy. I draw on a range of proven techniques and tailor each session to you, choosing the right approach for your goals, not just a one-size-fits-all solution.
Some people just need short term support, whereas others want a longer collaborative partnership. I offer both services depending on what you are looking for.
I’m fully qualified in: NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Coaching, which means we can work at both the conscious and subconscious levels for real, lasting change.
Whether we’re tackling anxiety, breaking unhelpful habits, or rebuilding confidence, I’ll use the method that works best, not just what’s “standard.”
